Piece is signed lower left and also has script to the rear both on the mount and on the art itself.  

The condition is good without foxing.

This watercolour painting is presented mounted and is supplied glazed, framed and ready to hang.

The art work had been un mounted from the frame for inspection and authentication.

The frame is distressed, having noticeable mitre joint easement.

The size of the mount is 45 x 35 cm

The size of the visible work in the mount is 34 x 23.5 cm

The size of the frame is 54 x 45 cm.
