How do I buy one of your products
A modest number of pieces may now be purchased directly from us using Stripe or Paypal. If you don't see an "Add To Bag" tab, then special shipping arrangements will be required, so please contact us directly using the contact form. You may be directed to the appropriate international marketplace platform where you can make safe and secure purchases.

Do you have a shop and can I visit
We do not operate a retail premises. All items are on line purchase only. Conditional viewing by arrangement.
What are your delivery arrangements
Shipment & costs of the chosen on-line marketplace platform shall apply. Generally, though not specifically, we usually ship orders within 48 hours and UK transit is 3 to 4 days. Delivery within GB mainland is via an insured courier service and prices vary. For larger items such as chairs, cabinets etc and items of value in excess of 250GBP, please contact me by email.
For delivery outside the GB mainland please contact me by email. You will be quoted a price for international shipping to your destination. As a buyer it is your responsibility to check with customs which import charges may apply and to pay them. Before you buy it is a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details. Items will be delivered to registered and verified residential addresses only. Items will not be shipped to industrial sites, industrial addresses or retail addresses. Items will not be shipped to POBox numbers, BFPO, APO and FPO addresses.
How do I return an item if it is not right for me
In all cases the returns policy of the on-line marketplace platform that you purchased our items from shall apply. Right first time is best! Please look at all photos, measure up and if unsure ask questions before purchase. You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned at buyers cost. In the event of requiring a return, please contact us and ensure the packaging is suitable for return transit. If an item is returned in a damaged state a charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
