Mid Century Coffee Table

This simple coffee table is an iconic example of the 1960’s era.

Produced from high quality English Lake District blue slate, it exemplifies the minimalist style of the era having a solid Westmorland slate slab mounted to tapered Teak Dansette wood legs terminating in brass pad feet, exuding a Danish influence.

Condition is good throughout, the table stands even, the surface has a mild stain to lower left and whilst having been in typical regular domestic use, shows negligible wear.
