Georgian cutlery tray

This is an antique housemaid's carry. An English, estate made mahogany and brass butler's work box or country house cutlery tray, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.

Nicely crafted having aged patina and, showing exposed dovetail joints.  This is a charming antique antique housemaid's carry, with appealing colour and country house finish. As useful today as it was over 200 years ago. Delivered waxed, polished and ready to serve.
