About.

In art and Japanese mythology Ryujin is a sea god and is typically portrayed as a sea dwelling dragon or giant serpent. When depicted holding the magic round jewel as in this case, this is thought to represent power and monarchy and with which the god can control the tides. Useful now we have global warming eh!
